This one is made primarily for multiplayer as a global support. You can commit anything to anyone where ever they are as long as you can draw Analytical Mind. This should not be a problem given that we have 8 other cards in this deck that either draw or search for cards, 12 after some upgrades.

As a bonus we do some early on damage from Fire Axe until we can switch completely to Ancient Stone, doing damage passively while committing/drawing cards. Drawing Thin actually works well here with both of them. You can either spend 2 resources gained to net +2 with fire axe, or you can just draw cards and increase the difficulty of a combat/evade check. Even if you fail the check you deal damage with the stone. (May get absurdly broken though if you get 2x Drawing Thin and 2x Ancient Stone out at once. Draw 2 cards, each card spends 2 secrets doing a total of 4 damage even if you fail the check...)

Minh has an incredible Dark Horse stat line as well of 5 5 3 3 , so you're starting from a very strong position.

Grisly Totem was a wonderful surprise with TCU, allowing us to much more easily meet the requirements for 6 icons with The King in Yellow combined with Minh Thi Phan's native ability.

Once you finish upgrading the below you've got a few good exile choices. I'd probably swap out Unexpected Courage for Stroke of Luck, and maybe Logical Reasoning or something for A Test of Will

If you think you'll be swimming in xp and don't have enough cluever might be worth it to grab Archaic Glyphs since we've got nothing in spell slot. Drop "Look what I found!" for it if so. Personally I'm not planning on burning up too many commits every turn so it would just be an extra clue or two 2-3 times per game, and it's too much trouble for that. It would be more worth it if we built a Higher Education engine, but if you want that you probably don't want Minh.

Upgrade Priority:

  1. 1x Fire Axe -> Ancient Stone
  2. 2x Magnifying Glass -> Magnifying Glass
  3. 1x Ancient Stone -> Ancient Stone
  4. 2x Deduction -> Deduction
  5. 1x Fire Axe -> Ancient Stone -> Ancient Stone
  6. 2x Grisly Totem -> Grisly Totem
  7. 2x Lucky! -> Lucky!
  8. 2x Shortcut -> Shortcut
