Rex is a criminal genius who uses burglaries to finance his quest to uncover the secret of unlocking limitless human potential.
The idea is to use Burglary to earn lots of money so he can use Physical Training and Hyperawareness to be good at all 4 skills!
The deck also includes ways to be better at investigating (so he can Burglarize and still get a clue by succeeding by 2), and ways to fight (although he really needs XP before he has any decent way to fight).
His key leveling up is to upgrade the Strange Solutions to Acidic Ichors, gain Timeworn Brands so he can fight, and Pathfinder so he has superhuman speed.
