This deck revolves around Trish's best friend, the Crystallizer of Dreams, which Trish can use to better effect than anyone in the game, for three reasons.

#1, Trish likes her events. Breaking and Entering, Narrow Escape and Eavesdrop are your bread and butter. B&E lets you automatically evade an enemy and investigate at 8 for two clues in a single action. Narrow Escape lets you cancel AoOs, either to maneuver enemies onto investigatable locations, or to investigate as a first action to use Trish's free automatic evade. Eavesdrop can be used on an exhausted enemy to scoop three clues from high-shroud locations in a single action.

#2, Trish's stats are only okay. 4 is the minimum you want in your core stats, but that's not going to cut it for any test you can't afford to fail. Youll need a lot of boosts to consistently hit anything above difficulty 2. To that end, the crystallizer lets you get double duty out of your events to keep the momentum up. Spent Truth from Fictions, Cryptic Writings, Narrow Escapes and especially In the Shadows become powerful skill cards that don't even take up a hand slot.

And #3, the Guardian of the Crystallizer is not a weakness for Trish. It spawns a dopey, pre-exhausted enemy at her location that she can use to harvest clues. To use her ability to the fullest Trish needs a steady supply of low-impact enemies, and the Guardian provides that.

The supporting suite: Lockpicks are self explanatory. Trish gets extra mileage out of them, being able to get two clues from its single use per turn. Upgrade to the 1xp version ASAP.

Daring Maneuver is included at level 0 to avoid discarding the Lockpicks on a bad draw. After purchasing the upgraded lockpicks, it can be replaced with In the Know.

Cryptographic Cipher is mostly used for it's Flashlight ability, but the ability uniquely synergizes with Trish to let her investigate as a fast action, avoiding an AoO and auto-evading an enemy. It also provides a unique synergy with In the Know, covered later. It can be recharged via Truth from Fiction and the Eldritch Sophist.

Eldritch Sophist recharges the Cryptographic Cipher and later In the Know, and also provides much needed sanity soak.

Obfuscation is invaluable. For two dollars and zero actions you can avoid 3 AoOs, letting you drag enemies across the board and investigate with impunity.

Lucky Cigarette Case and Pickpocketing are your card economy, Cigs triggering off Lockpicks and Pickpocketing off your free evades. At level 0 prioritize the Crystallizer over the Cigs until you can get Relic Hunter.

Upgrades: For the most part, upgrades are linear. Lockpicks, Lucky Cigarette Case, Deduction and Truth from Fiction are solid upgrades. Pickpocketing is nice, but you won't often be succeeding by 2, since most evades are automatic.

Relic Hunter is a must-have to equip both the Crystallizer and the Cigarette Case. If you want to swap out the Cigs, obviously you can skip Relic Hunter as well.

The sole lateral upgrade is replacing Daring Maneuver with In the Know, another card Trish loves. Trish needs enemies in play to use her ability. What if those enemies aren't at your location? Now they are. Another investigator needs to be rescued? Investigate their location from across the board and evade the enemy off them. Want to be a cheatyface? By the rules, effects that function "as if you were at that location" put you at that location for the entire duration of the effect. Fast effects that you play during the resolution of that ability are also at that location. Remember the trigger on Cryptographic Cipher? That's right, RAW you can use ItK to teleport across the board and perform a free investigation in the middle of your first investigation.

As this deck contains both Faustian Bargain and Dread Curse, a pact is suggested. False Covenant or Blasphemous Covenant, up to preference. With a different weakness you can skip it.

If you like Versatile and don't mind a bulky deck, Alice Luxley is a nice off-color inclusion with great synergy. It would also let you fit in Under Surveillance, an extremely Trish card.

Deck weaknesses: This is a multiplayer deck, so it doesn't try to do everything. Trish doesn't kill, the guardians can handle that. She has 2 and few ways of boosting it, so she'll need help with some persistent disabling treacheries. If you're having trouble, subbing in Tennessee Sour Mash could help with both.
