"You want a review? You can't handle a review!!!" How hard would it have been to insert a simple part-sentence "While this agenda is in play, each criminal enemy gains aloof". Feels like our group wasted an afternoon waiting for a condition that would 'remove' 'aloof' to happen, AS WRITTEN IN SCENARIO SETUP. Wish we could have been signposted here earlier.
