Western Rooftops cannot be flooded and sigils cannot be placed on it.

Northside, Miskatonic University, and St. Mary's Hospital are connected to Western Rooftops, and vice versa.

While you are at Western Rooftops, you may fight and evade enemies at connecting locations as if you were at their location.
