The sun mercifully begins to rise from the Eastern horizon, setting the Miskatonic ablaze with its shimmering reflection.
Heal all damage from Julia Stern. For every 2 damage healed this way (rounded down), place 1 damage on the scenario reference card.
Shuffle the top 2 cards of the encounter deck and Julia Stern together. Place these cards facedown, at random, beneath each Lair location, distributed as evenly as possible.
One at a time, each investigator draws 1 of the set-aside Waterfront Civilian enemies, until no such enemies remain set-aside.
