Plan
Just as the staff are serving dessert, there's the sound of shattering glass from the kitchen. The people in the dining hall pause in a tense moment of silence, until one guest rises from his chair. "Sounds like Howard is having his own party," the man says with a smirk. He moves towards the door to the kitchen just as a fanged monster leaps through, bringing him to the ground. The other guests scream in terror, and the party plunges into bloody chaos.
If Julia Stern is set-aside, spawn her at Dining Hall (otherwise, spawn 1 of the set-aside Spawn of Zburamoarte enemies instead).
Search the encounter deck, discard pile, and all in-play areas for 1 Civilian enemy and add that enemy to the victory display (2 Civilian enemies instead if playing on Hard or Expert difficulty).
Search the encounter deck and discard pile for 1 Civilian enemies. Spawn each of these enemies at a different location (with no investigators, if able).
