My initial design of Leo.
If Mitch comes out, then he'll work with beat cop and guard, and if not, then Leo De Luca will work that 4 action magic.
This build is a bruiser one, Leo should be able to take quite the beating, he'll be adding more allies the further into the campaign he'll go.
