Minh is replacing Jim after he went insane in the Unspeakable Oath. Given how fragile Minh is with 2 mental trauma after one scenario(!), I decided to spend her initial 4 XP on Peter Sylvestre. Going into Black Stars Rise, she is still sitting at the build as written.
