I'm pretty new to this game, and I recently completed my first full run-through of the Night of the Zealot campaign. This is the deck I used for that play-through. Even though I had other cards available, I constructed this deck using only one core set. I would have had more options if I had a second core set, but I'm not willing to invest in that at this time.

I really liked Skids' ability to use resources to take an extra action, and that paired really well with Leo De Luca when I was able to get that card into play. I wanted to try and take advantage of Skids' high agility for evade checks to try and have to do less fighting, and had the Machete or Knife / Switchblade for whenever I did need to fight. Since I did this campaign pure solo, I felt like I needed to do what I could to make myself a sort of jack of all trades, hence all the Skills like Overpower, Perception, etc. Since Night of the Zealot is a short campaign, I didn't have lots of rounds to upgrade, but upgrades that I thought worked well would be to throw in the Shotgun with Extra Ammunition or the upgraded Leo De Luca.

In hindsight, I probably could have swapped out Burglary for something else, as I don't think I used it for anything other than for committing to Skill tests. Other than that I'm pretty happy with how this deck turned out. I managed to pick up the full cycle of The Dunwich Legacy so that I have something to play while I'm spending all this time at home right now, so really eager to see what extra deck-building options that'll give me in the future.

Were you able to beat the game with this deck? I'm about to do my second play through, resigned with Roland on my first. I'm going to try the base Wendy deck, but I'm curious to try Skids as well.

@ionmhain I had some okay results with it. I was able to beat the first scenario of Night of The Zealot, second scenario in that campaign I chose to resign because otherwise the agenda was about to advance all the way, and then third scenario I won by taking a "less satisfying" ending. I was playing on Standard difficulty though, so I'm not sure of how well this would scale.
