Designed to be a flex investigator, leaning into Winnie's ability by getting to re-use events for their icons via the Crystallizer.
Between her high evasion, Backstab, Small Favor, and the Mauser, she should be able to handle enemies pretty well.
With Lockpicks, Intel Report, and Pilfer she should be able to get a decent number of clues.
Lone Wolf, Sneak By, and Watch This should generate enough resources to let her afford to play her events, and Pickpocketing helps with card draw, until you can get relic hunter, at which point it can be replaced with Lucky Cigarette Case.
