She's prone to dramatic overreactions, manipulating your allies, and the occasional meltdown.

(Trying my hand at this "deckbuilding" thing for my 2nd run through Dunwich Legacy, 4P)

LEANS TOWARD:

-Low cost cards

-Events, Fast, Free triggered

-Lots of Wilds/Skills and Events to commit, taking advantage of her Amulet and reaction.

-Pulling short term Allies with A Chance Encounter to either be a damage sponge or keep re-using Stray Cat to exhaust enemies on self and others.

-Taking Advantage of Amulet and Wendy's reaction

-When direct combat is necessary, and Sneak Attack/Backstab or Derringer aren't avail, look for A fast Switchblade with Rise to The Occasion, Unexpected Courage, and Overpower. If that Fails, use an Oops!

SUPPORT:

-Commit Wilds, Events (when good combo for Amulet) to help out or even Quick Thinking to get a spare action in during other players turns

-Apply Contraband to another player's combat/spell ammo quickly to max benefit. It's the highest cost card right now, so may require saving resources or an Emergency Cache.

-Exhausting enemies via Stray Cat, or a well-timed Oops! When Wendy and friends are being swarmed at a location.

WATCH OUT FOR:

If Wendy's Alone and Abandoned comes out late, that's a lot of cards lost. So if Amulet out, use it lots to keep deck full early on by playing Events forced to bottom of deck (and also commiting them then playing via the Amulet and sending to bottom of deck). Take advantage of opportunities to draw extra cards early and keep hand full.
