This is the solo Zoey deck that I’m currently testing. Instead of buying a second core, I’ve decided to buy 3 solo investigator packs (Nathaniel, Jacqueline, Wini) to bulk up my player cards options which have given me some interesting options.

As with most guardians, they can deal damage, but going solo is hard due to their inability to discover clues. Roland can bypass that to some extent because of his ability, but Zoey will need some help to replicate that.

In terms of damage, the options are pretty obvious, adding the Mauser for extra damage. 1-2 Punch can also help us deal damage in a pinch, using Vicious Blow, and Overpower to support. Dodge and Counterpunch can be a good combo.

The key to investigating lies in Greta, who allows you to discover clues after defeating and enemy. Pair that with Zoey’s Cross and Get Over Here! can allow us to discover clues in high shroud location. The spells both help with seeking clues, using Clairvoyance when there’s only one clue, and Rite of Seeking when there’s multiple. Flashlight, Evidence and Perception are auto includes.

The last splash card is Contraband, which can be used to get extra mileage out of anything needed, whether it’s ammo or first aid.
