This one is easy. Everything upgrades by name except for Jessica Hyde, who is a critical addition for her offensive capabilities.
You may think that Arcane Research is better over Down the Rabbit Hole... so go with it. In the end you will be ahead with either permanent card, but managing her horror is important, and Down the Rabbit hole doesn't put her in the hole.
Remove Arcane Initiates for Jessica Hyde OR grab a charisma lose an Ecache and Able Bodied (this option is less popular with Down the Rabbit Hole)
