Speaking of potential redundancies, do you have a specific target in mind for Bolas? Most of the time, I would imagine simply defeating the enemy would be more effective, though there are some cases where I would agree it's a good choice.

Regarding lack of redundancy, have you found 2 Emergency Caches to provide enough resource generation? If not, might I recommend trying to find somewhere to slot in Kicking the Hornet's Nest? You should have enough firepower to deal with whatever enemy it pulls out.
