Thought the theme of Charlie being a corrupt politician who deals with the underworld, embezzles money to gamble and fights and has a task force to do his bidding would be a fun build to make. This is after the Pit of Depair scenario in Innsmouth. Note, I do not have cards from THe Forgotten Age yet.

P.S - I did not get 17 xp on the first scenario. I made some starting deck changes to my deck here without doing a whole new one so it read it as I was spending xp
