Vincent Lee was the first character I played in the old board game. This is intended for a solo run of custom scenarios plus the Circle Undone. Maybe Runic Axe isn't the optimal choice but it seems fun. Comments welcome.

Jessica Hyde is nice with Vincent, helping you to deal with enemies and providing On the Mend on your hand every turn if you manage to get the Bonesaw early.

Runic Axe is nice and I played it, should get the work done, but I rather play Machete, .18 Derringer or Bonesaw in one hand and Magnifying Glass in the other hand if you are in solo since you need to do both. Runic Axe screams for a more aggresive Vincent with his pool, so I'd use it in 2-3 player games.

The ally choice is understandable, I get the combo of Whitton Greene + Runic Axe Heirloom, but I would rather run 4 Level 0 weapons than 2 Runic Axe + Ally not so useful in Vincent besides +1 Intellect because of consistency and cost. I would also run Dr. Christopher Milan instead since money is pretty much needed, and he can remove the need of Emergency Cache if you investigate a lot. If you still want to run Emergency Cache for consistency I'd remove the Heavy Furs from the deck since this card does not do a lot in this deck. Also, If you finally run Emergency Cache, Burning the Midnight Oil is a similar and faster option, definetly better if Christopher Milan is in the table.

Instead of Ever Vigilant (1) there is another option, which is Geared Up. It eats up your whole first turn but it opens up Backpack shenanigans and explosive first turns. I do not like this combo a lot but for a solo play, if luck is in your side basically lets you store your beloved Items out your deck and at your disposal when needed.

About healing cards, there are fewer that I'd run with Vincent. Healing damage is what makes the engine of Vincent put work, and Horror soak is nice to keep you alive. Hallowed Mirror is good and also grants card draw, but it rivals with Grisly Totem in the Charm slot and both cards are good here, maybe Relic Hunter can solve this? Medical Student is cheap, can heal horror and damage, therefore granting you a On the Mend in your hand, and they soak 1 damage or horror before dying for the modest price of 2 coins. Emergency Aid lets you heal a card for 1 action, not messing your tempo and triggering Vincent skill in the process. And Jessica Hyde exists, also a good contender for experience in On the Mend.

Empirical Hypothesis will be nuts when you buy Trial and Error, Research Grant and Irrefutable Proof, but as it is is ok and grants you card draw. If you don't prioritize to buy the upgrades, since you are running Inquiring Mind in your skill cards I'd rather ditch it for Captivating Discovery, letting you tutor and card draw in exchange of clues. You are in solo, so there are fewer clues in locations and this is not as much of an issue.

The last thing I'd like to comment is the skills. I'd run 2 Deductions and 2 Vicious Blows instead of 1 or each + 1 Overpower + 1 Perception because of action compression. You will be getting more often than not On the Mend in your hand anyways.

About exp cards. If you get Charisma you can play Girish Kadakia + ally of choice (Christopher Milan or Whitton Greene) and become inmortal. Girish Kadakia can soak horror and damage, grants +2 in a skill test of your choice every round and can heal himself horror or damage, also triggering Vincent skill. Getting more bonuses and more and more On the Mend during the game is needed later in all campaign, since that 1 agility will suck at first and may kill you eventually. Archive of Conduits: Gateway to Paradise is also ok. Surgical Kit is also great, letting you get bigger heals while also healing horror or accelerate your deck drawing cards while not taking any slot. Hiking Boots are also a good pick, you'll learn to love +1 agility

So many things to say about Vincent!!! You can do a lot with him, his statblock is nice, his deckbuilding opens room to a lot of possibilities and he is definetly fun. This deck is fine as it is even if i'd change some cards. Hope to see your exp deck soon!

Thanks @rodro! I will incorporate some of your suggestions. I decided for Whitton Greene because I had already used C. Milan in so many decks and needed a change. He would be a slightly better choice though.
