Gameplan: Investigate to pick up clues and keep up the investigation momentum while evading enemies
While performing mulligan look for Bianca, Grim Memoir, Easy Mark, Eldritch Tongue, Pickpocketing, and Where's the Party.
You'll want to keep five cards in hand as often as you can do you can use higher education as often as possible. You'll need to stay flush with resources as well.
Bianca can give you an injection of cash and double as an enemy who can fuel your ability.
As a note, using Confound on an enemy will not trigger your ability.
