Trish is a rascally rabbit at ArkhamCon

In preparation for Arkham Con 2026 I have taken it upon myself to make a series of pre-made Standalone decks all with different alt-art treatments. What started last year with a goal of 3 decks, a flex, cluever, and goon, blossomed into 7 with a range of wild designs. This year I have made a whopping 12 more decks! My buddy Dukes and I went through several versions/iterations of this deck. We knew Bugs Bunny was going to be the theme, but really wanted to dial in the play feel and flow of the deck to truly capture the spirit of the rascally rabbit.

Mechanically this is a high mobility, clueving Trish Scarborough. It was important to really dial in the ability to run literal circles around enemies, and playing into the wit of the character. Riding the line of danger with enemies all around, vacuuming clues up the whole way. Obfuscation was a clutch addition as that allowed for safety to play other cards or focus on basic investigation as needed by the scenario after an enemy had appeared safely. Breaking and Entering 2 is simply disgusting for Trish. Fully set up you are taking that test at an 13, easily returning it to your hand, while picking up as many as 3-4 clues, plus the evaded enemy which nets you cards/resources from Pickpocketing 2. Lola is getting testless clues, Gene is maneuvering enemies/clues to where you want them to be. While Lucky Cigarette Case, and Pickpocketing will keep your hand flush. Small Favor thins the herd if the board starts getting a little cluttered. And generally you will want to save Quick Thinking for the turn where you need a little more breathing room to run the correct sequence. If you have never felt the raw power of Trish making a mockery of the threats the Mythos is meant to throw at you, play this deck!

Thematically the deck is centered around Bugs Bunny. It was important that we incorporated as many eras of the character as we could. The character is within sight of being a century old, and there are so many iterations that have added to the flavor. So we have classic Merry Melodies with Fox Mask, iconic moments from the opera in disguise and piano playing in Watch This, to newer material from the 2019-2024 series in Breaking and Entering and In the Shadows. For allies Daffy Duck repping Duck Dodgers is our intrepid explorer Gene, and Lola Bunny plays the role of Lola Santiago. Lockpicks demonstrates some 4th Wall breaking humor as Bugs the Animator simply erases the door. Elmer Fudd makes for a spot on Easy Mark, while we call in a Small Favor from Michael Jordan in Space Jam, with the Monstars taking the role of her signature weakness. Extra bit of flavor win is the alternate version of the investigator card for when you have played your disguise. Probably the most interesting choice if you have looked at the images in the folder was that chosen for the Random Basic Weaknesses. These were all from an animation done by Youtube creator Meat Canyon, entitled "Wabbit Season". I will leave you to look into that on your own time, as it a very memorable experience with a lengthy real life story. Suffice it to say it is pitch perfect to represent the scarred psyche and weaknesses of our little bunny.

This is a very powerful deck in game that offers a real challenge to the player to unlock the full potential. Sequencing is key, but once you dial in the Mythos phase will sputter like Yosemite Sam trying to stop you.
