This deck is a campaign deck; it's a little hobbled until you have some experience rolled in. This deck works best paired with one other investigator.
Priority Upgrade: Purchase Initiates as soon as possible, followed by Scry
Upgrades: Shrivelings, ward of protection, etc
Playstyle: Use Arcane Initiate, No Stone Unturned, Eureka to play Split the Angle as soon as possible, followed by (optionally) Scry). Then, use Calling in Favors/No Stone Unturned/Eureka to find Alyssa Graham to replace the initiate. Your combo is now in place.
Alyssa Graham/Scry free peeks at the encounter deck. Split the Angle = remove the card you don't want to see.
Other synergy:
Magnifying glass and anatomical diagrams play for free out of your deck
Quantum flux, no stone unturned, Eureka, Calling in favors allow you to shuffle your deck, removing an unappealing card from the top
Persuasion allows you to shuffle the encounter deck when there is too much junk and you can't get rid of it all
