This deck is supposed to exploit the fact that, with 3 The Painted World, which potentially plays as five different events, Sefina Rousseau is much more flexible as far as playing combos is concerned than any other investigator.
The combos are:
-Dark Prophecy + Defiance (much more powerful with upgraded Defiance)
-Hypnotic Gaze + Dark Prophecy + Eldritch Inspiration
-Any test of Willpower + Double or Nothing + "Watch this!"
Also, 13 cards are playable with Uncage the Soul, and it is always good to have protection spells like Ward of Protection, Deny Existence or Hypnotic Gaze. They make Sefina a lot more autonomous.
Apart from those combos, the idea is to boost Sefina's Willpower with David Renfield and Holy Rosary (and with the cheap Four of Cups, which she has more chance of getting in her hand than any other investigator).
