May 11, 2019 FBones · 18818 That is a good question... Joe is treated pretty roughly by the taboo list, as he makes great use of Higher Education. That being said I would probably go with 2 enchanted blades and 1 Thompsons. He should have enough money to bring out the thompsons midgame, he can use NSU to dig for it. Might need to add a colt as a backup. Note that if Diana is his partner, she can use her starting card to help keep away early enemies. This gives Joe a little breathing room.
