So this deck focuses on three ideas that worked quite well together.
1) Geared: The idea here is to Make the most of Geared Up and combine it with the added cards from At a Crossroads. This is why the deck has 11 items. Schoffner's Catalogue can save a lot of resources when combined with Geared up, effectively being a fast emergency cache with 1 more resource. Losing actions with At a Crossroads on the first turn is not a problem, since Geared up will gobble up all your actions.
2) Assistants: You will notice the deck has very few healing cards for a Vincent Deck (Medical Student and Bandages). The second idea is to use "assistants" to heal using Power Word. Gather as many assistants as possible, keep them engaged with you, and use Cower + Heal/Clues every round. Ideally target enemies with 3+ HP, which would be resource intensive to kill and are more likely to help with clues. Later, you could add Soul Sanctification for some extra benefits each time you heal with your assistants.
3) Synergy: After the last two ideas, the deck ended up with access to the 5 colors (Power Word, Geared Up, Vincent Lee, Bandages/Schoffner's Catalogue/Jury-Rig, Eon Chart). 2 of those colors don't even require you to play a card. This allows the deck to naturally make use of strong synergy cards: Gang Up to kill elites (possible 6 damage hits!), Join the Caravan for free movement, Strength in Numbers to pass an important check and Call for Backup for a bit of everything. While 5 colors is the dream, 3-4 colors should be the most common situation. Just make sure you save a charge in Bandages or Schoffner's Catalogue until you have a red replacement card.
The rest of the deck can be changed without affecting these three ideas. This is a flex version, but the Machete and Vicious Blow can be swapped for clue-gathering tools or Deduction and Grim Memoir can be changed for deadlier cards for a more focused Fighter.
Mulligan: Here I recommend focusing on items, to maximize the effect of Geared Up. Mulligan any card that is not an item or a At a Crossroads. Just make sure you can pay for the items and that they are not redundant (for example, you need only 1 weapons).
Due to deck limitations, I used only Revised core + EotE + TSK cards.
