I'n not sure what your plan is here -- he's awfully thin on recurring Assets with soak to generate the economy you need to fund Becky, isn't he? I guess that's one way to deal with his weakness, but you might be better off swapping out the Emergency Cache for Cherished Keepsake, Leather Coat, or Tetsuo Mori. I'd probably go with the first two, since your Ally slot will be blocked for a couple of turns with each Ally, and you won't be using them for their Soak by preference, I imagine. You might also drop Dodge (or cut down to 1) to add another soak, since Tommy likes getting hit. Have you thought about upgrades? "Look what I found!" (2) is pretty good in Solo, since it lets you get either 2 clues at one location or a clue at two locations, you rarely feel like you are wasting it.
