The .35 Winchester is a two-handed level 0 Weapon with 5 Ammo,+2 and potentially does three damage in one action.
We use token manipulation (Olive McBride,"Eat lead!" Defiance, Premonition) to fish +2 dmg tokens out of the bag and prevent bad ones.
For upgrades, we can get more cancels (Deny Existence(5), Defiance(2), Ward of Protection (2), "I've had worse!"(2)) , get more fighting power(Vicious Blow(2), Marksmanship, Ace of Swords etc.), or make our token draws better(Seal of the Elder Sign, Recall the Future)
Bandolier(2) in combination with Enchanted Blade or .45 Automatic seems also fine to backup our Winchester plan.
