This deck is built to emphasize Mark Harrigan's ability to use level 0 "Tactics" cards. I've run this deck paired with a cluever to great success.

My favorite Tactic Mark can grab is Practice Makes Perfect. This lets him pull ANY of his skill cards on a Fight action, allowing even more damage from Mark's Signature and Vicious Blow. Take the Initiative's three and Sophie make Mark very versatile, but keep in mind that you can only Take The Initiative yourself. Leadership is included give Practice Makes Perfect more versatility.

The other Tactics form a combo that Mark's impressive draw should help you find. With Barricade and Shortcut, you can easily set up impressive Dynamite Blasts that will enable God to sort them out.

The rest of the deck is filled in a very standard Mark fashion, with allies that like to take damage and healing to make the most of his ability. The new Flesh Ward works both ways for Mark, allowing him to more strategically take damage (since his ability is Limit once per Phase) or shoring up his weak Sanity. The Flashlight can combined with Sophie to let Mark pick up clues from even high shroud locations in an emergency, but this deck should definitely be accompanied by an impressive cluever.
