Deck used trying the campaign Edge of the Earth, Standard mode, duo with Jacqueline Fine. I recommend you to read the description made by @Valentin1331, which this deck is directly inspired from.

My slight modifications are only there to test Archive of Conduits and the Pocket Telescope. I choosed Dr. Milan Christopher over Leo de Lucas to have a higher investigation, same goes for Fieldwork.

Very first upgrades need to go for Eon Chart (level 1) x2, to multiply the available actions, and at least one Ariadne's Twine to increase the durability of the Eon Chart. [EDIT] Magnify Glass (level 1) is a good choice to boost the passive and the level 0 was not choosed because of the "five level 0 seeker's cards" limit.

Upgrades following are undoubtedly, in order : Eon Chart (level 4) x2, second Ariadne's Twine and Relic Hunter. Can't imagine how strong it will be to have so many free actions when all of this will be played ! (Seriously thought : taboo list will definitely hit hard against this in the future !)

Good deck!

I am a bit sceptical about Pocket Telescope, while trying Monterey Jack I found that it is hard to boost his stats enough to reliably investigate without boost.

Lockpicks are great, but exhaust, so they only give you 1 clue or use 1 of your actions, but if you are playing 2 ppl and more, it is very likely that you will want to collect more clues at the same location. And you will most likely want your second hand to be for Trusty Bullwhip in case you draw an ennemy.

Same for your Pilfer, it's so pricy that you cannot afford to waste it and with 5, it may not be enough.

I'm just sharing my own little "frustration" if I may say with Monterey Jack, I have a hard time getting clues reliably with him.

@Valentin1331 All credit goes to you ! :)

I totally agree with you, the Pocket Telescope was more of a "fun new card" that a reliable choice. But at scenario 2, I had the chance to have it in play with Dr. Milan Christopher and a Magnifying Glass and it was worth it.

Same with Lockpicks. First scenario was quite a challenge to pickup enough clues. The Pilfer was there for a multiple clues action, after using the Fieldwork to have an investigation test with at least +3. Surely the Fingerprint Kit is easier to use (for the same price), but not greatly over Pilfer and, once again, i searched for room in the "5 level 0 seeker's cards".

Note that I added Streetwise but not in my original deck for this campaign. It's just that, between the of Jack and Dr. Milan Christopher, ressources were overflowing and it needed better use. Once you buy the Eon Chart and Ariadne's Twine, all your ressources are going in.
