Arcane Theme Build Series

Arcane is a popular show on Netflix set in the world of League of Legends.

For the next week, I will be creating and publishing a series of character builds featuring Arcane Themed characters. I will be mostly doing this with a semi-limited card pool since I really don't want to make a deck I can't play but in some cases I may choose to add in one or two cards that I don't have to make the build work (I will be proxying them to play). I'm mostly going to go for 29 experience decks since it allows enough build diversity and at the same time doesn't overwhelm you with weaknesses in standalone play.

I'm only really doing this for fun since I enjoy deckbuilding. And if you're interested in trying these decks out, feel free to do so and let me know how well it plays. I appreciate any feedback.

Jinx, The Loose Cannon

Jinx is a Quick Learner, she jinxes your first action but will surprise you when later on being able to flex into investigation or fighting. For her weapons, she has her guns .18 Derringer, and c̶h̶a̶i̶n̶s̶a̶w̶ rocket--Fishbones (Chainsaw). Shoot first, ask questions later, she doesn't mind missing the first few shots so long as she makes the kill. She surprises enemies who thinks she is an easy target using Sleight of Hand to pull out her weapons out of thin air as she rain bullets down her opponents. She is no sharpshooter, but the barrage of bullets will eventually hit their mark. When out of equipment, she can use her connections at the Black Market to quickly search for her guns. With her adopted father, Silco (Leo De Luca, there to guide her she is a force to be reckoned with in getting stuff done.

And lastly, as a special case, I made the 1 random weakness Self-Destructive to fit her character and build.

Note: For this build, I decided to untaboo Sleight of Hand for her chainsaw combo to work. Also feel free to change up her build to your tastes. I also feel a more investigate-heavy build could be made for Powder with Pilfer and "Look what I found!" as her bread and butter.
