Preston Doesn't Make Checks, He Writes Them, v2

Trying to recreate decks I made years ago with Preston. I really sucked at the game back then, so I'd like to think this will go better. You will choose "Favor" with Friends in Low Places. You'll be using a lot of actions on Family Inheritance in this deck, but that's life. This could totally be a solo deck by simply replacing "You handle this one!" with Lone Wolf.

Experience.

• Grab two copies of Lola Santiago (3 exp each,) cut two copies of Leo De Luca.
• Grab two copies of Stylish Coat (1 exp each,) cut both copies of "You handle this one!".
• Grab two copies of Antiquary (3 exp each,) one copy of Cunning Distraction and one copy of Investments.
• Grab one copy of Unscrupulous Loan (3 exp,) cut the remaining copy of "You handle this one!". [Make sure to pay off the loan, this is just a card you want in your deck.]
• Upgrade two copies of Money Talks (2 exp each.)
• Upgrade both copies of Well Connected (3 exp each.)
• Upgrade Friends in Low Places with "Prompt" (2 exp), "Swift" (3 exp), "Experienced" (3 exp), and then "Versatile" selecting "Service" (2 exp.)
• Grab one copy of The Black Fan (6 exp,) cut one copy of Emergency Cache.
• Take two copies of Another Day, Another Dollar (3 exp each.)
• Take Streetwise (6 exp.)
• Grab one copy of Hot Streak (2 exp,) cut the remaining copy of Emergency Cache.
• Upgrade your copy of Hot Streak (2 exp.)
• Replace one copy of 21 or Bust with Hot Streak (2 exp.)
• Upgrade your unupgraded copy of Hot Streak (2 exp.)
• Grab a copy of Double, Double (8 exp,) replace the remaining copy of 21 or Bust.
• Grab a copy of The Gold Pocket Watch (8 exp,) cut one copy of Stylish Coat
