I'll go for Adaptable, Switchblade and Reliable as first upgrades.
This could be a good fight build for Skids. But only Fighting. Play this with a Clue-finder Partner.
He seems very versatile with this deck in handeling opponents, im not sure about Emergency Cache though. Maybe exchange with Unexpected Courage
