This absurd build is there just to demonstrate the capacity of Tommy Muldoon to tank almost anything. It's meant to do almost nothing (except fight a bit) but tank everything and anything for its team.
Disclaimer: I haven't tested it, it's there just for the fun of it.
In retrospect, considering the amount of resources that should be generated, I probably should put some Dynamite Blast in there :-D
