You may like this deck if you favor a flavorful, fighty-hexy Diana who witch-slaps things, spell-blasts things, and sics her necromantic hounds on 'em.

This is a deck built to capitalize on Diana's X/3/3/3 stat-line by using Dayana Esperence to cast Spectral Razor, Read the Signs (or Ethereal Form). These cards, which add her or to her , make her a much more consistent investigator and fighter at all stages of the game. I can't think of many better investigators for abusing these spells.

The Robes of Endless Night produce a lot of value in this deck, as we are consistently casting spells each turn, either from our hand or via Dayana Esperence. Calling in Favors allows us to refresh our Dayana when she is out of charges, or throw in a free Summoned Hound. Diana works better than most with the hound as she can easily deal with the Unbound Beast via Deny Existence or Dark Insight. We use Inspiring Presence in this deck over Take the Initiative to make the most effective use of the hound. Because the hound likewise takes up an arcane slot, we run fewer Arcane cards in favor of Dayana's secrets.

Delay the Inevitable and "I've had worse…" will do well to keep us alive as they can be repeatedly played off the Twilight Blade.

Our cancels, Dark Insight, Ward of Protection, Read the Signs, Eldritch Inspiration, Deny Existence, Delay the Inevitable, "I've had worse…", and Defiance will slap cards under Diana quickly. You may replace Timeworn Brand with Grotesque Statue for added abuse, though this does give Prepared for the Worst fewer targets and makes us quite reliant on our secrets and spell charges.

This deck was first inspired by my team-up with a Sister Mary, replacing Spectral Razor with Radiant Smite to spam smite via Dayana Esperence. In solo mode, you could also use [Blessed Blade(/card/07018) instead of Timeworn Brand for similar effect.
