XP progression: Adaptable for switching Leather Coat with Fine Clothes if needed. Scrapper. Pickpocketing. Peter Sylvestre. Sneak Attack in solo runs this is needed only for aloof enemies; in multiplayer run is easy comboed on enemies engaged with other investigators (it should be acquired before Pickpocketing). Lucky!
