"Ask for me tomorrow, and you shall find me a grave man." (Mercutio, Romeo&Juliet)

ACT1: Why should I play Yorick?

In my oppinion, Yorick is the survivor of Survivors with an immense Health and Sanity pool. He can cycle his Leather Coats and Cherished Keepsakes by killing enemys, while soaking up Damage and Horror. Kill to survive.

"So shalt thou feed on Death, that feeds on men" (Shakespeare, Sonnet 146)

Another positive aspect is his splash... So many weapons to choose from! Unfortunately he lacks the ability to discover clues, this is why I build him for Multiplayer. Let the Groundlings do the work, in combat the stage is yours.

ACT2: Card choices

Meat Cleaver: My absolute favourite weapon in this game! It combines storytelling and gameplay in such an elegant way... just an amazing Asset to have in your deck. You can control the Damage and heal some Horror, it's everything you need to survive the Lovecraftian wickedness and horror.

"Hark, villains! I will grind your bones to dust And with your blood and it I'll make a paste, And of the paste a coffin I will rear" (Titus Andronicus, Act 5, Scene 2)

Cherished Keepsake&Leather Coat: They both keep you alive. Equip when no enemies are around. On kill, you get them back for later use. Don't feel bad about destroying them while taking Attacks in the Enemy Phase. They shall return next round.

Guard Dog: Helps you to pick the bones. Nice addition of extra Damage while tanking some Damage. Really helpful with small enemies like Swarm of Rats etc...

Enchanted Blade: Really a thematic choice here. I imagined Yorick practicing for Hamlet. Turned out to be a good choice for him...

"To be or not to be... NOT TO BE!" (Arnold Schwarzenegger, Last Action Hero)

Track Shoes: An extra against Treacheries (sometimes also for an evade...)? Yes please! Also gets you faster to the Location you need to be.

"Let me handle this!": You can't imagine how thankfull your companions feel when they had a Mythos Phase without any ill effects.

First Watch: In multiplayer, one of the best cards to exist in Arkham Horror. Insane effect, especially in later rounds, for 0XP!

“True is it that we have seen better days”(As You Like It, Act I2, Scene 7)

ACT3: Live and Learn/ How to Upgrade?

Enchanted BladeTimeworn Brand 5XP

"A fool thinks himself to be wise, but a wise man knows himself to be a fool.” (As You Like It)

These upgrades have no specific order. Add anything you really like.

"So, good night unto you all. Give me your hands, if we be friends, And Robin shall restore amends." (Puck, A Midsummer Night's Dream)
