Sophie: 1 damage = +2 skill, +1 card

Mulligan: Need Flashlight and Machete/.32 Colt, so mulligan anything else if you don't have those in the opening hand. If you get those, make sure you have healing cards (First Aid, Emergency Aid, Painkillers) to keep Sophie from flipping.

Early Game: Use Flashlight and Sophie to get clues (can commit the 2nd Flashlight in multiplayer).

Mid Game: Stay below 4 damage and 3 horror, move around the map to deal with enemies. Shortcut is key for mobility. "Let me handle this!" and True Grit protects fellow investigators. Dodge protects other investigators as well, but it can also protect you from horror that you can't handle.

End Game: Heal up and finish the scenario by spamming Sophie.
Tank damage away from Mark with Guard Dog, Beat Cop, and True Grit.
The Home Front, Emergency Aid, and First Aid can heal damage (or horror, for First Aid) and keep Sophie useful.

Upgrades:
Beat Cop (2), then Charisma (3). Beat Cop (2) lets you use the damage reciprocity more times, which will also activate Mark's card draws.
Upgrade to "I've had worse…" from Dodge to get extra resources while canceling damage.
Brother Xavier will help soak horror and damage, and he deals 2 damage to an enemy when he goes down.
Ever Vigilant makes expensive assets (like Police Badge, which gives you +1 willpower and can be discarded for 2 extra actions) easier to pay for.

Cards to cut when upgrading: Evidence! can probably go, as Sefina will get much better at clue gathering. Overpower can probably go too, since card draw and boosts to combat are pretty well covered.
