This deck is an Idea I had to build a Guardian who can kill everything the game can throw at you. He is designed to assist a clue gatherer, but with some key cards he can get clues by himself with ease. Everything is build around one of his guns and Well Prepared. I can't see how his guns may ever went dry. It's not the easiest build to play, but with some clever use of his cards he can become a potent monster slayer. Feel free to suggest some improvements. (And als I'm not a native speaker, so I know that my english is not the best...)

Hard Mulligan for .45 Thompson and/or Flamethrower! This two Guns are your bread and butter in this deck. The third important card here is Well Prepared. This is the only card you shouldn't throw away during Mulligan. Also never throw away the Thompson for the Flamethrower.

The main Theme of this deck is "digging". Your card draw is not the best, but you can dig for most of your important assets inside your deck:

If possible, start with .45 Thompson as your weapon for killing trash mobs. Try not to use your additional ammo on the Tommygun if possible. You can upgrade it with Custom Ammunition but i'd recomend to do it only in the case, you have Well-Maintained on hand, or if you somehow lost your Flamethrower and Tetsuo Mori is not available (i.e. in your discard pile or your deck is still full) or via Venuter (his ammo is more valuable on the Flamethorwer but on the other hand it's cash return when shot with the Thompson, especially when Calling in Favors is still availabe).

The optimal setup is .45 Thompson/Flamethrower, Mitch Brown and Well Prepared. Mitch's can be as used as one free Unexpected Courage once per round. Alternatively one of the other assets can be used:

[Fun fact: As written on Well Prepared you only need to "control" a card. As written in the rules you have control over a card when it's still in your deck, your hand and in your discad pile. I don't think, that this card is ment this way... but did I found an exploid?]

I think Well Prepared is a great card in Leo. Just so you know, under the "Ability" section of the rules, it says "Card abilities only interact with other cards that are in play, unless the ability specifically references an interaction with cards in an out-of-play area." So that's why Well Prepared can't target things in your deck or discard.

I like this deck concept and played something similar. A few thoughts based on my experience. I don't think the custom ammunition and well maintained are necessary. I had plenty of ammo between the other cards.

Struggled with some boss enemies on hard. Might want a couple more skill cards that provide at least double fist. More static boosts were also very helpful for me. Grete and the sword tarot are good choices.

Survavibility can come in the form of medical student. Not a flashy card but very efficient for Leo. Never useless if you take In The Thick of It. Upgraded hallowed mirror is also very good. Provides two brain so works with well prepared.

I was able to get the Thompson out by the second round every scenario. Plenty of good search cards once you have Stick to the Plan and upgraded backpack. This deck goes well with Mandy as the Seeker to help with consistency.

It feels a little scary just running two weapons. I don't think you really need a third though. Not sure about the math but it just ended up as a dead card for me every scenario. Finding the flamethrower before the Thompson is pretty painful though.

Hope this helps someone!
