Introduction
Have waiting until your friends made their petty little decisions been your villain arc? Take your revenge and enter absolute joker mode with this deck that doesn't even use any events or skills! How can it be serious?

Main strategy:
Y'all underestimate the action game. An average scenario has around 14 rounds if you let the doom build. That means playing Leo De Luca in the first turn grants you net 13 actions. Now an action can be used to play f.e. Faustian Bargain which basically pays for our Leo. But hey, each of those actions can be used to play more action generating cards. Pack some economy and drawing and we're going to kill batman (H*stur) baby! Cause actions are basically how you win the game and when you are a mystic you don't have to worry about stats. Of course you still have to play those spells but my boy Dexter got you covered. He always has some ace in the hole.

It's a maximalist build optimized for standard/hard difficulty in a role of independent cluever in 2+ group. You can turn it more to the flex side and even try to play it true solo.

Mulligan and playing order:

Hard mulligan for Sixth Sense or Clairvoyance and any economy cards (David Renfield, Prophetic, Lone Wolf) . Don't be greedy at the beginning, there are so many cards granting actions that you will get them sooner or later, but still you have to earn for yourself and without your spells you are nothing. Game will demand tempo, so balance the progression with gaining momentum, unless you can afford couple of turns warming up the engine drawing cards and gathering the resources. The ideal turn with all of the action compression cards on the table would be:

 
1. Blur
2. Sign Magick-> activate Sixth Sense
3. Haste -> activate Clairvoyance
4. Sign Magick -> activate Sixth Sense
5. Eon Chart-> Most probably move
6. Close the Circle -> Do whatever
7. Leo De Luca
8. Dexter Drake ability
+3 base actions

You can even do more if you have second Eon Chart on.

You will have 4 arcane slots with full set up. If you're not a clown yourself, you might want to include Friends in Low Places and Ward of Protection for higher difficulties, or some cash events. If you want more survivability, remove Arcane Research and In the Thick of It. For standalone remove Relic Hunter Prophetic and Eon Chart, add some economy and friends in low places.

Cool looking deck! It looks like a lot of fun to play! Assets are fun, but playing them is boring. I love the commitment to 100% assets!

@Valentin1331 thanks, it's always good to hear nice words from actual legend. As most of the assets here are focussed on increasing tempo, you don't even feel the burden of playing them. It can be tough only if you start with no economy set-up. @sergeyvpopov On the contrary, almost all of those weaknesses are pretty mild, The Devil • XV being the mildest as it only makes you effectively lose 2 resources, not even an action, you can just discard it with your ability to play another card, and it doesn't even take over any contested slot. As to the rest, they can be pain in the ass, but when you lose one slot and are left with 6 more then it's really nothing special. Dendromorphosis is worst of them all as it disables Sign Magick completely. Still it's nothing you can't deal with, you can try to control it with Scroll of Secrets and leave second Sign Magick on your hand untill you are hit with the weakness. It would be a challenge but your struggle pleases the Ancient Ones.
