This deck concept started with the goal of combining Alice Luxley and Dynamite Blast into one deck. Evading enables both of these cards, since Alice can damage an evaded enemy every turn by simply performing a standard investigate action, and the dynamite can clear out evaded enemies when they swarm. The essential dynamite enabler Elusive is now only available as an upgrade (to those obeying the taboo list), but Warning Shot is a welcome replacement, since by moving enemies, they are more effectively grouped together (also protects teammates better in multiplayer). The requirement for firearms is not as detrimental with the addition of .45 Thompson, and since Machete is no longer level 0.

Piloting Notes:

Investigating: Alice Luxley is key for her passive intellect boost. Always hard mulligan for her! Flashlight, Perception and Scene of the Crime are used for high shroud locations. Skids has great upgrades to help investigating with Lockpicks, Streetwise and Lola Santiago.

Combat: Evade whenever possible, to save actions and bullets. Stealth is still the most reliable level 0 evasion enabler for Rogues. When he has plenty of resources, Skids can pay for an additional action to help him get away from enemies that don't need to be destroyed. Focus damage from weapons and Alice Luxley on hunter enemies, easily killed enemies, and enemies with more than 3 health (to get them within dynamite blast range). Hatchet Man is a cheap way to make Alice hit for 2 damage. Use the Warning Shot + Dynamite Blast combo when it will kill at least 2 enemies. On the Lam is very helpful to set up Dynamite Blast because Skids can drag enemies between locations, then warning shot them into the next room before throwing the dynamite.

Resources: This deck is VERY resource hungry because of all of the expensive cards and because Skids wants to pay for extra actions. So it includes the full suite of burst (Emergency Cache and "Watch this!") and trickle (Investments and Lone Wolf) resource generators. Make sure to cash out your Investments early if you anticipate needing the resources, to avoid attacks of opportunity and losing a critical action.
